1. How long are the yoga sessions?
Each session is typically 60 minutes long (exceptions exist for workshops).
2. How often are the sessions held?
Session are held on a weekly basis.
3. What is included in each session?
Each session includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), and dhyana (meditation). Some sessions also include chanting components.
4. Are the classes available online?
Yes! Our online classes are designed to be inclusive for even those who are far away but still want to experience our unique sessions at Saphalya Yoga.
5. Do you offer in-person classes?
We already offer in-person classes in South San Jose, CA for 1-on-1 sessions. Other in-person classes are planned to be held in Sunnyvale. Stay tuned for updates. Sign-up to our newsletter.

Once you sign up and complete the registration process, you will receive the session links. Here's the flow:

Registered participants will have access to recordings in case they miss a session.
8. What equipment do I need?
All you need is:
A yoga mat (something as simple as this: https://a.co/d/9fOLnVZ)
A yoga brick (like this: https://a.co/d/fjTHwtc) [needed only if you are in a class with asana practice]
A device with a camera for virtual participation (laptop/desktop/iPad/Tablet preferred over cellphones so you can observe the instructor properly)
